About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the creation and distribution of settlement payments in strict accordance with court orders
  • Conduct payment compliance reviews and distribution audits to verify accuracy before and after disbursement
  • Process replacement payments, deposits, and bank wires while maintaining complete and accurate transaction records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll, banking, or a closely related financial processing role
  • GED or High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to read and interpret financial or legal documents and identify discrepancies
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational discipline, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent priorities without errors
