About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the creation and distribution of settlement payments in strict accordance with court orders
Conduct payment compliance reviews and distribution audits to verify accuracy before and after disbursement
Process replacement payments, deposits, and bank wires while maintaining complete and accurate transaction records
Prepare tax forms and apply basic payroll and tax knowledge to support regulatory compliance across settlement matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll, banking, or a closely related financial processing role
GED or High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proven ability to read and interpret financial or legal documents and identify discrepancies
Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational discipline, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent priorities without errors
