About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and perform daily reconciliation of QSF accounts, reviewing and resolving bank-presented exceptions to ensure account accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with banks to open and close accounts, draft and respond to bank notices and correspondence, and maintain organized records of all communications.
Support the Disbursement team by processing wire transfers, bank transfers, and positive pay uploads in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist the Case Closure department with stale fund research and remediation, including coordinating with outside agencies to release funds to the appropriate states via wire or online payment.
Generate and process critical banking documentation including cancelled check copies, fraud packets, bank statements, and check reissues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in a clerical, payroll, banking, or closely related financial role
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred, with coursework in accounting, payroll, or tax considered a strong asset
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion, including direct experience managing or handling company funds
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet expedited deadlines accurately
