About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ideate and design high-performing email campaigns and automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, etc.) that align with client brand identity
Apply deep knowledge of email best practices, including mobile-first design, clear visual hierarchy, and CTA optimization to drive clicks
Ensure all designs are optimized for dark mode, accessibility, and deliverability-safe coding
Work within and contribute to design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across multiple brands
Partner closely with copywriters and Klaviyo implementers to move projects from concept to deployment seamlessly
Present design solutions to clients, utilizing data-driven insights to back up your creative choices

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in graphic design with at least 2+ years specifically focused on designing marketing emails for e-commerce/DTC brands
Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused email and lifecycle work
Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP (Email Service Provider) platforms
Proficiency with Cloud-based Design tools like Figma
Advance understanding of email design best practices
Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
