About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants.
Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards.
Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates.
Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks.
Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws.
Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards.
All other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (orally and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Suite
