About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and manage the organization's Leadership Development Program
Conduct organizational learning needs assessments and facilitate training programs
Develop and maintain learning content and resources
Evaluate learning programs by analyzing feedback and business metrics
Develop onboarding programs in partnership with department leaders
Support performance management processes and deliver manager training
Lead career development and succession planning initiatives
Optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)
Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and learning initiatives
Support talent development strategies for high-potential employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field required
Master's degree preferred
5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related field
Experience developing leadership development programs
Experience facilitating instructor-led training
Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System
Healthcare, staffing, or service industry experience preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Ability to coach managers and employees
Experience developing learning materials and eLearning content
Strong organizational and project management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies
