About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help support the daily operations of the Client Services team by assisting with job order management, submission processes, and maintaining accurate client information across systems.
  • Upload nurse profiles into vendor management systems (VMS/MSP platforms) and ensure submissions are accurate and complete.
  • Assist with job order entry from internal job scrapers and incoming email requests.
  • Post, maintain, refresh, and remove job postings while keeping order statuses up to date.
  • Assist with gathering and submitting required documentation for nurse profiles, including credentials, licenses, and vendor-specific documentation.
  • Support Account Managers with submission file reviews and vetting when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client and facility information within internal systems and vendor platforms.
  • Provide desk support to Account Managers during periods of high volume or coverage needs.
  • Act as a secondary contact between internal teams, Account Managers, and client facility representatives when needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal partners and external clients.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to help ensure smooth client services operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
