Account Manager
SimpliFi Managed Services. Help support the daily operations of the Client Services team by assisting with job order management, submission processes, and maintaining accurate client information across systems.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help support the daily operations of the Client Services team by assisting with job order management, submission processes, and maintaining accurate client information across systems.
- Upload nurse profiles into vendor management systems (VMS/MSP platforms) and ensure submissions are accurate and complete.
- Assist with job order entry from internal job scrapers and incoming email requests.
- Post, maintain, refresh, and remove job postings while keeping order statuses up to date.
- Assist with gathering and submitting required documentation for nurse profiles, including credentials, licenses, and vendor-specific documentation.
- Support Account Managers with submission file reviews and vetting when needed.
- Maintain accurate client and facility information within internal systems and vendor platforms.
- Provide desk support to Account Managers during periods of high volume or coverage needs.
- Act as a secondary contact between internal teams, Account Managers, and client facility representatives when needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal partners and external clients.
- Provide operational and administrative support to help ensure smooth client services operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
