About the role

  • During the 2.5-year program, you will alternate between several-month practical phases at our headquarters and theoretical phases at Texoversum LDT Nagold
  • During your practical phases, you will get to know all teams and facets of our sales organization and gain a comprehensive behind-the-scenes view of our fashion brands OPUS and someday
  • Within our sales organization, you will work side by side with our teams on an equal footing
  • We hold individual development and career discussions together

Requirements

  • Optional completed vocational training (e.g., in a commercial field or in retail with a focus on textiles)
  • Advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or Abitur (for admission to Texoversum LDT)
  • Passion for fashion and an interest in business/operational interrelationships
  • Team player, reliable and conscientious
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity and willingness to learn
