About the role
- Ensure that everything runs smoothly at Simplicity — from cash flows to digital processes that make operations simpler and more transparent
- Manage the day-to-day accounts receivable activities in the B2C area together with the team — including receivables management and debt collection
- Prioritize innovation — we use modern tools to increase efficiency
- Independently and reliably maintain and manage master data in the ERP system
- Support the team with year-end closing tasks
- Critically question existing processes and actively participate in projects and optimizations
- Work in a trusting team that supports one another and enjoys the work
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Digital affinity and confident use of modern accounting tools
- Strong sense of ownership combined with a structured and precise way of working
- Analytical strength, process-oriented business thinking, and a strong customer focus
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
