Requirements

  • You already have initial leadership experience in (fashion) retail, enjoy being a role model and know how to promote teamwork
  • With your positive approach you balance our dynamic environment of customers, merchandise and promotions
  • Even when things are busy, you keep an overview of operations and always focus on our customers and their shopping experience
  • Your clear communication guides your team, provides reassurance and motivates
  • You are highly organized and optimize processes and workflows
  • You are comfortable working with KPIs, digital systems and tools and enjoy doing so
  • Very good German language skills; additional languages are a plus
