About the role
- You are responsible for planning and managing the procurement of new vehicles for all countries
- You competently advise employees on vehicle selection, equipment and compliance with applicable guidelines
- You work closely with manufacturers, leasing companies and dealers
- You manage and monitor claims handling and ensure coordination with insurers, workshops and leasing partners
- You ensure transparency and reliability in the fleet's contract management
- You analyze and continuously improve fleet processes and reporting
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in fleet management
- Strong knowledge of leasing and contract management
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach when dealing with employees
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with fleet management software is a plus
