About the role

  • You take responsibility for results (EBIT) and revenue for the Marketplace division and lead the team both in functional and disciplinary matters
  • You are responsible for building and expanding the marketplace business nationally and internationally for our brands OPUS, OPUS PANTS and someday, taking into account all relevant success, growth and profitability factors
  • You manage all operational and strategic tasks of the marketplace team with the aim of continuously improving the performance of our marketplaces
  • You actively drive continuous optimization of processes, marketing strategies and partnerships
  • Based on ongoing reporting and monitoring, you set the strategic direction for the area and drive its sustainable development

Requirements

  • Degree in E‑Commerce or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of solid experience in marketplace/e‑commerce, ideally in the fashion/lifestyle segment
  • Knowledge of campaign management and performance management for marketplaces (e.g., Zalando, Otto, Amazon, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • High affinity for data‑driven decision making, enjoyment working with digital tools, and very good Excel skills
  • Openness and passion for continuously identifying new potential within your area of responsibility and proactively driving implementation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on mentality, an independent working style and a collaborative approach to thinking and acting
