About the role

  • During the 2.5-year program, you will alternate between several-month practical phases at our headquarters and theory phases at the Texoversum LDT Nagold
  • During your practical phases, you will get to know all teams and facets of our sales organization, gaining a comprehensive behind-the-scenes view of our fashion brands OPUS and someday
  • Within our sales organization, you will work alongside our teams on an equal footing
  • We hold individual development and career-perspective discussions together

Requirements

  • Optional: completed vocational training (e.g., in a commercial field or in retail with a textile focus)
  • Entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife) or Abitur (for admission to Texoversum LDT)
  • Passion for fashion and an interest in business administration/operational processes
  • Team player, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn
