About the role
- Further development, standardization, and optimization of people processes with a focus on efficiency, service orientation, and digital solutions
- Identification and implementation of automation and digitalization potentials (e.g., self-services, chatbots, AI applications)
- Integration and further development of people tools (including Personio)
- Support in expanding HR reporting
- Close collaboration with payroll and other relevant interfaces
- Implementation of people projects
- Functional leadership and continued development of the People Experience team
- Promotion of an open, learning-oriented, and innovative team culture
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies, and data-driven work
- Experience in process optimization and implementing HR tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsibility for leading a team
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and openness to change
