About the role
- You are the first voice potential customers hear from Simpli immo.
- Your job is to spark interest, identify needs, and book qualified appointments.
- Outbound: You proactively contact real estate agents and generate interest in Simpli immo.
- Qualification & needs assessment: You ask the right questions, understand the need, and turn contacts into real sales opportunities.
- Appointment setting: You turn conversations into measurable outcomes — qualified appointments for our closing team.
- Own pipeline: You build follow-up routines, stay on top of prospects, and take ownership of your list.
- KPI tracking & CRM: Calls, conversions, appointment rates — you track your numbers and keep accurate records in the CRM.
- Career progression: If you perform, you can quickly take on more responsibility, up to handling your own closings.
Requirements
- You don’t need years of sales experience, but you need drive.
- You’re hungry for success and truly want to win in sales.
- You are resilient: a “no” motivates you rather than stopping you.
- You’re communicative, open, and present yourself in a friendly, confident manner.
- You are ambitious, eager to learn, and want to improve.
- You work reliably, in a structured and disciplined way.
- German at C2 level and a registered residence in Germany.
