About the role
- Onboarding & activation: You guide new customers through the technical setup and get them quickly into active use.
- Relationship management: You serve as the primary contact for your customer portfolio, proactively maintain contact, and build trust.
- Strategic consulting: You run regular review calls, analyze usage and outcomes, and provide clear recommendations on how customers can get more out of Simpli immo.
- Support & solution finding: You identify challenges early, answer questions, and collaborate with our tech team to find the best solution.
- Feedback & product improvement: You gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to further develop Simpli immo.
- Success measurement: You monitor key KPIs (e.g., activity, NPS, ROI) and proactively initiate actions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Technical Support (as a junior, less experience can be sufficient — what matters is motivation and a strong learning curve).
- Strong communication and empathy: You explain concepts clearly and build relationships with ease.
- Passion for customer success: You want your customers to achieve measurable success and aren't satisfied until they do.
- Tech affinity & CRM experience: Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and enjoy quickly mastering new software.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership: You work in a structured, independent way, prioritize effectively, and don't require micromanagement.
- Fluent German and solid English skills, and a registered residence in Germany.
