About the role
- You communicate directly with new customers, lead onboarding meetings and implement technical setups and integrations.
- Onboarding meetings: schedule and conduct onboarding sessions with new customers (kick-offs, technical deep dives, status updates, reviews).
- Understand requirements and system landscape: CRM, email setup, tools, processes.
- Implement technical integrations: set up and configure interfaces (webhooks, API connections, automations).
- Configure workflows: email forwarding, triggers, rules and flows in the relevant tools.
- Data migration: import, mapping and validation of leads, contacts and other data.
- Quality assurance: test integrations, analyze issues, perform troubleshooting and optimizations until the setup is stable.
- Improve customer onboarding: identify patterns, standardize solutions and make the process better month by month.
Requirements
- Enjoy direct customer contact and have a talent for explaining technical topics clearly.
- You have technical understanding and ideally some hands-on experience with APIs/interfaces/automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Confident working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and digital tools.
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple onboardings simultaneously.
- Excellent German, solid English, and registered residence in Germany.
- Nice to have: JavaScript/Python/Node.js, REST APIs, authentication, webhook logic.
