About the role

  • Primary point of contact for new customers: You guide them from the kick-off session to Go-Live and ensure they always feel supported.
  • Capture and understand customer requirements and their existing system landscape (CRM, email, tools).
  • Technical setup and configuration of integrations — from webhooks and API connections to automations.
  • Setting up email forwarding, automated triggers, and workflows.
  • Support with data import and mapping (leads, contacts, etc.).
  • Document your steps in checklists, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
  • Close collaboration with the Customer Success team, Support, and Development.
  • Ensure quality by testing integrations, troubleshooting, and optimizing.
  • Actively contribute to and improve the overall onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Enjoy direct customer contact and have a talent for explaining technical topics clearly.
  • Initial experience in Tech Support, Customer Success, or similar is a plus.
  • Technical understanding and experience with integrations, APIs, and automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and digital tools/platforms.
  • Strong communication skills: you explain technical concepts clearly and on an equal footing.
  • Fluent German and solid English.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Node.js is desirable.
  • Experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and webhook logic is a plus.
