About the role

  • Outbound Power: Proactively reach out to real estate agents and brokers, introduce them to Simpli immo, and generate genuine interest.
  • Qualification & Needs Assessment: Engage leads, uncover their real needs, and convert them into qualified meetings.
  • Build Your Own Pipeline: Own your contacts, follow up consistently, develop follow-up routines, and learn how professional sales operate.
  • KPI Tracking: Track your performance daily — call rates, conversion, meeting rates, etc. — and develop through data-driven improvements.
  • CRM Management: Work accurately, in a structured and professional way in the CRM.
  • Sales Development: Grow from an outbound specialist to a full sales generalist — inbound, qualification, consultative & sales conversations, up to the final close.

Requirements

  • No prior sales experience required — just real drive.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and hungry for success
  • Communicative, confident, personable, and a good listener
  • Eager to learn and quick to absorb new skills — you want to grow, fast.
  • Organized, disciplined, and reliable
  • C2-level German
