About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the SimpleTire.com financial plan by analyzing daily performance metrics (Sessions, CVR, AOV) and identifying actionable trends to inform cross-functional decision-making.
  • Serve as a key point of contact to facilitate information flow between Sales and Marketing, ensuring all channel leads have necessary assets.
  • Act as a brand enthusiast by traveling to automotive events to capture photo and video footage; assist in basic editing for social and multi-channel content strategy.
  • Optimize the rollout of sales campaigns by coordinating cross functionally to ensure site assets are ready for launch.
  • Execute A/B tests on landing pages and promos, gather data and analyze test outcomes and synthesize lessons learned to provide strategic recommendations for improving the marketing program.
  • Ensure accuracy of promotional execution, including auditing site badges, discount eligibility, and tracking link functionality.
  • Maintain dashboards, models, and 'post-mortem' documents to track the success of marketing initiative.
  • Identify actionable insights and implement solutions that drive revenue and conversion growth.
  • Work collaboratively with Merchandising and Pricing to ensure site listings and promotions align with inventory and business goals.
  • Provide data inputs and administrative support for monthly sales and demand forecasting processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Active automotive enthusiast with industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis
  • Hands-on familiarity with eCommerce platforms (CMS), site merchandising tools, or promotional engines
  • Basic photo and video capture ability
  • Familiarity with creative editing software
  • Understanding of DTC business models
  • Availability to travel for events and support on-site content creation
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
