About the role
- Actively engage with prospective customers through inbound calls, SMS, and email
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new sales opportunities
- Responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve customer inquiries
Requirements
- 2+ Years in sales and service experience
- Auto experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs products
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members; friendly demeanor over email and phone
- Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish)
