About the role

  • Lead and develop the SDR team;
  • Define goals, training programs, and performance monitoring for sales representatives;
  • Present pre-sales reports, revenues and expenses, and realistic forecasts to management;
  • Provide metrics and KPIs to teams, leaders, and other stakeholders as needed;
  • Develop onboarding for new hires and implement motivation and engagement initiatives;
  • Drive growth and achieve pre-sales targets by successfully coordinating the pre-sales team;
  • Coach and develop successors within your squads to enable hiring and retention of talent through continuous feedback;
  • Guide the team on more complex solutions;
  • Manage projects and delegate activities to the team;
  • Seek innovations to improve processes;
  • Create plans for your activities;
  • Analyze team performance, results, and trends;
  • Work in partnership with other teams at Simples Dental (Marketing, CSX, Product).

Requirements

  • A person who loves to communicate, is proactive, and uses creativity to find solutions;

  • Knowledge of techniques such as Inside Sales, Storytelling, Rapport, and B2B selling, for example;
  • Previous experience in pre-sales for SaaS software;
  • Familiarity with cadence strategies for B2B customers;
  • Comfortable working with numbers;
  • Proficient with spreadsheets;
  • Experience managing teams;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Focused on solving problems and handling crisis situations;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Ability to think about the growth of the commercial/sales team;
  • Oriented toward the success and growth of the organization.
