About the role
- Lead and develop the SDR team;
- Define goals, training programs, and performance monitoring for sales representatives;
- Present pre-sales reports, revenues and expenses, and realistic forecasts to management;
- Provide metrics and KPIs to teams, leaders, and other stakeholders as needed;
- Develop onboarding for new hires and implement motivation and engagement initiatives;
- Drive growth and achieve pre-sales targets by successfully coordinating the pre-sales team;
- Coach and develop successors within your squads to enable hiring and retention of talent through continuous feedback;
- Guide the team on more complex solutions;
- Manage projects and delegate activities to the team;
- Seek innovations to improve processes;
- Create plans for your activities;
- Analyze team performance, results, and trends;
- Work in partnership with other teams at Simples Dental (Marketing, CSX, Product).
Requirements

- Knowledge of techniques such as Inside Sales, Storytelling, Rapport, and B2B selling, for example;
- Previous experience in pre-sales for SaaS software;
- Familiarity with cadence strategies for B2B customers;
- Comfortable working with numbers;
- Proficient with spreadsheets;
- Experience managing teams;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Focused on solving problems and handling crisis situations;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to think about the growth of the commercial/sales team;
- Oriented toward the success and growth of the organization.
