About the role

  • Maintain contact with Simples Dental clients through Google Meet, email, WhatsApp and phone, working in the Adoption stage with a focus on Retention;
  • Negotiate price adjustments and contract renewals according to internal policies, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and business sustainability.
  • Execute a cadence of contacts to discuss new terms, understand customer needs and propose solutions that add value for both parties.
  • Interact and collaborate with other departments (Support, Sales, Finance, Product, Development) to address customer needs;
  • Provide human-centered service aligned with Simples Dental's culture;
  • Monitor and report key success metrics for negotiations, such as renewal rate and churn.

Requirements

  • Be empathetic, know how to listen and understand customer pain points;
  • Be proactive and take initiative to solve customer needs;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Build good relationships with people and enjoy working in a team;
  • Be organized and have analytical ability;
  • Have experience handling a high volume of customers;
  • Have experience supporting SaaS products;
  • Actively participate in team meetings and rituals;
  • Be eager to learn and contribute to the team's growth!
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.);
  • Familiarity with technology and digital solutions;
  • Previous experience in negotiation within Retention and Renewal teams;
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and improve processes;
  • Organization and good time management;
  • Collaboration and team spirit.
  • Experience in customer support at technology companies;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.);
  • Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.);
  • Experience in high-volume customer support operations;
  • Experience working remotely.
