About the role

  • Maintain contact with Simples Dental customers through Google Meet, email, WhatsApp and phone, working with a focus on retention.
  • Negotiate price adjustments and contract renewals according to internal policies, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and business sustainability.
  • Execute a cadence of contacts to discuss new terms, understand customer needs and propose solutions that add value for both parties.
  • Interact and collaborate with other areas (Support, Sales, Finance, Product, Development) to resolve customer needs.
  • Provide human-centered service aligned with Simples Dental’s culture.
  • Monitor and report key success indicators of negotiations, such as renewal rate and churn.

Requirements

  • Have empathy, listen actively and understand customer pain points.
  • Be proactive and take initiative to resolve customer needs.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Build good relationships with others and enjoy working in a team.
  • Be organized and have analytical capacity.
  • Have experience in negotiations focused on retention and renewals.
  • Have experience handling a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Have experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and rituals.
  • Be eager to learn and contribute to the team’s growth!
