Act with a sales focus for clients, conducting consultative sales of technology products.
Analyze product usage and account success data to identify product fit and build a clear business case for expansion (upsell and cross-sell).
Manage the expansion pipeline, applying negotiation techniques to understand client needs, articulate value, and overcome objections related to complexity or investment in a new product or plan.
Deliver product demonstrations with a focus on simplifying complexity and showing exactly how the solution will benefit the client (ROI-focused), tailoring the narrative to different audiences (technical user, general user, admin/finance).
Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and—crucially—timelines and scope of the new product/service/plan through to closing.
Requirements
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Familiarity with technology and digital solutions
Experience managing sales funnels in CRMs such as Pipedrive or similar
Analytical ability to interpret data and improve processes
Organized with strong time-management skills
Ability to negotiate complex deals with clients, demonstrating solution value and cost-benefit
Strategic collaborator and team player, sharing market insights and customer feedback with CSX, Product, and Marketing teams
Experience in complex sales operations within a CS and/or CSX structure, especially in technology companies (plus)
