About the role
- Support with the setup of Simpleprax: installation and configuration of Simpleprax in medical practices and hospitals
- Advise and support customers in using Simpleprax via phone and e-mail
- Provide technical assistance to Simpleprax users
- Work closely with the product team to improve the product
- Collaborate with the entire team to become the leading platform for digital patient data collection in the DACH region
Requirements
- Education in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a completed Bachelor's degree
- Responsible and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in German (at least C2)
