Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Operator (Chemikant) or a (teacher-training) degree in chemistry / laboratory technology
Passion for education and practical experience in the Chemical Operator field
Enthusiasm for and hands-on experience with artificial intelligence
Excellent communicator: able to explain complex topics clearly and accessibly
Team player: collaborate, celebrate, and enjoy working together — we value balance
Outstanding time management: available 15–20 hours per week
Flexible and agile: able to set priorities and adapt tasks as needed
Fluent German and very good English (company communication is in English)
