  • Excellent communicator: able to present complex topics clearly
  • Team player: collaborate, celebrate and have fun — we value balance
  • Excellent time management: available 15–20 hours per week
  • Flexibility and agility: able to set priorities and adapt tasks
  • Fluent German and strong English skills (company communication is in English)
