Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take ownership of the sales funnel from SQL to Closed Won
  • You design and actively develop deal-routing and coverage models
  • You establish and manage a reliable forecasting cadence together with Sales
  • You evolve the sales tech stack together with RevOps
  • You enforce clear standards for pipeline hygiene and process compliance
  • You build a data-driven and efficient sales culture
  • You work closely with RevOps
  • You enable the sales team through practical enablement initiatives
  • You proactively translate real, day-to-day sales needs into concrete improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a related revenue-facing role (e.g., Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement) in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English at a professional level
  • Proven experience designing and managing sales processes and forecasting cadences
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Admin-level experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot Sales Hub)
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Some experience with automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (Data/Ops) and non-technical stakeholders (sales reps, leadership)
  • High standards for structure and quality.
