About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take ownership of the sales funnel from SQL to Closed Won
- You design and actively develop deal-routing and coverage models
- You establish and manage a reliable forecasting cadence together with Sales
- You evolve the sales tech stack together with RevOps
- You enforce clear standards for pipeline hygiene and process compliance
- You build a data-driven and efficient sales culture
- You work closely with RevOps
- You enable the sales team through practical enablement initiatives
- You proactively translate real, day-to-day sales needs into concrete improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a related revenue-facing role (e.g., Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement) in a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluent in German and proficient in English at a professional level
- Proven experience designing and managing sales processes and forecasting cadences
- Strong analytical skills
- Admin-level experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot Sales Hub)
- Experience with AI tools
- Some experience with automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (Data/Ops) and non-technical stakeholders (sales reps, leadership)
- High standards for structure and quality.
