About the role

  • You take ownership of the sales funnel from SQL to Closed Won and systematically increase sales velocity by analyzing, challenging, and improving conversion rates, cycle times, and deal dynamics.
  • You actively design and evolve deal routing and coverage models to ensure optimal deployment of the sales team, maximize productivity, and scale growth.
  • You establish and run a robust forecasting cadence together with Sales, including pipeline reviews and slippage analyses, ensuring forecasts are used as a true management tool.
  • You further develop the sales tech stack together with RevOps (CRM, sequences, quoting tools, automations) and ensure tools are not only available but are measurably adopted, with clean data quality and good usability.
  • You enforce clear standards for pipeline hygiene and process compliance, define and refine stage-exit criteria, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and provide reliable bases for decision-making.
  • You build a data-driven, efficient sales culture by designing and continuously improving views, properties, and dashboards to create transparency around performance, pipelines, and priorities.
  • You work closely with RevOps to ensure system, data, and process alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and to actively break down silos.
  • You empower the sales team through hands-on enablement measures, deliver training on pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, and CRM best practices, and ensure standards are lived in day-to-day activities.
  • You proactively translate real-world sales needs into concrete improvements by prioritizing sales user stories and converting them into workflows, automations, and UX optimizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue-related function (e.g., Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement) within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluent German and strong professional-level English.
  • Solid experience designing and managing sales processes and forecasting cadences.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, derive insights, and act on them together with Sales.
  • Admin-level experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot Sales Hub) and a clear understanding of how processes, data, and behavior interact.
  • Experience with AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology for workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Initial experience with automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and a basic understanding of databases or data-sync concepts.
  • Experience building documentation, training, and internal toolkits to promote operational excellence.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (Data/Ops) and non-technical stakeholders (sales reps, leadership).
  • Hands-on operations mindset: you roll up your sleeves, own day-to-day tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • High level of structure, process discipline, and quality standards. You set standards and ensure consistency.
