Requirements
- Passion for education and experience in vocational-technical fields (e.g., electrical engineering/mechanics)
- Strong communicator: explain complex topics clearly
- Team player: collaborate, celebrate successes, and enjoy working together
- Excellent time management: available approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Flexible and agile: able to prioritize and adapt tasks
- Fluent in German with very good English skills
