About the role

  • Responsible for and optimizing the sales funnel from SQL to “Closed Won” by improving sales velocity
  • Design and maintain deal-routing and coverage models to maximize seller productivity and balance workloads
  • Manage the forecasting cadence with Sales: weekly, monthly and quarterly commitments, pipeline reviews and slippage analyses
  • Jointly administer the sales tech stack with RevOps (CRM, sequences, quoting tools, automations) and ensure adoption, data quality and usability across the sales organization
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene and process compliance: enforce stage-exit criteria, monitor and maintain data integrity, and identify bottlenecks in the funnel
  • Build a data-driven sales culture by creating, maintaining and continuously improving dashboards and analytics that enable every seller and manager to understand performance, pipelines and forecasting
  • Work closely with RevOps to ensure system, data and process alignment between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Enablement: deliver practical, hands-on training on pipeline hygiene, stage criteria and CRM best practices to ensure adoption
  • Collect and prioritize sales user stories and translate them into workflow, automation and UX improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function (e.g., Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations) in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluent German and strong professional-level English
  • Solid experience owning sales processes and forecasting cadence
  • Strong analytical skills: able to interpret numbers, derive insights and act in partnership with Sales
  • Admin-level experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot Sales Hub)
  • Experience with AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology for workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Early experience with automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and a basic understanding of databases or data-sync concepts
  • Experience building documentation, training and internal toolkits to promote operational excellence
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (Data/Ops) and non-technical stakeholders (Sales reps, Leadership)
  • Hands-on operations mindset: you roll up your sleeves, take ownership of day-to-day tasks and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and process discipline; you set standards and ensure consistency.
