About the role
- As an E-Learning Specialist on the Education team at simpleclub, you will create content such as summaries, interactive explanations, and exercises for the chemical operator profession.
- You will develop these learning modules together with our designers, using images, animations, formulas, and graphics.
- Your enthusiasm for and experience with artificial intelligence (AI) will be crucial for making our content more efficient and innovative.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Chemikant (chemical operator) or a (teacher-training) degree in chemistry / laboratory technology
- Passion for education and practical experience in the chemical operator field
- Excellent communicator: able to explain complex topics clearly
- Team player: collaborate, celebrate, and enjoy working together — we value balance
- Excellent time management: available 15–20 hours per week
- Flexibility and agility: able to set priorities and adapt tasks as needed
- Fluent German and strong English skills (company communication is in English)
