About the role
- Create content such as summaries, interactive explanations, and exercises for the occupation of HVAC (SHK) technician
- Build learning modules together with designers using images, animations, formulas, and graphics
- Use enthusiasm for and experience with artificial intelligence to make content more efficient and innovative
- Advance e-learning and help shape the future of education
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC (SHK) technician or equivalent (including teacher-training) degree in technical-vocational fields
- Passion for education and hands-on experience in the HVAC (SHK) profession
- Communication expert: explain complex topics clearly and accessibly
- Team player: collaborate, celebrate, and have fun — we value balance
- Excellent time management: available 15–20 hours per week
- Flexibility and agility: set priorities and adapt tasks as needed
- Fluent in German, very good command of English (company communication in English)
