About the role
- Coordinate projects to implement campus management software
- Schedule and conduct regular status meetings (Jour Fixe)
- Ensure budgets are adhered to and prepare quotations
- Deliver trainings and workshops for clients
- Serve as the interface between clients and internal departments, coordinating tasks and issues
Requirements
- Degree in business, technical, or information technology fields, or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in project management desirable, preferably in a software environment
- Strong affinity for IT topics
- Planning and organizational skills, determination, and assertiveness
- Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Confident and clear communication skills in German and English
