Senior Talent Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
- Manage the hiring process from intake through offer, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Partner closely with leadership to drive hiring strategy, strengthen talent pipelines, and execute efficient, high-impact recruitment across clinical and corporate functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping define role requirements, align expectations, and guide hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS/HRIS systems and leverage reporting insights to monitor pipeline health and optimize performance.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume environment preferred)
- Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems and maintaining high data accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience sourcing through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
