About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Manage the hiring process from intake through offer, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partner closely with leadership to drive hiring strategy, strengthen talent pipelines, and execute efficient, high-impact recruitment across clinical and corporate functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping define role requirements, align expectations, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS/HRIS systems and leverage reporting insights to monitor pipeline health and optimize performance.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume environment preferred)
  • Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems and maintaining high data accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience sourcing through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar tools
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
