2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Support Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar leadership role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven experience managing and coaching customer service or support teams.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience developing and improving customer service processes and workflows.
Ability to analyze customer service metrics and implement performance improvements.
Experience using CRM and customer support platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Experience supporting B2B or SaaS customers is a plus.
