About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support enterprise IAM programs and initiatives
Design, implementation, and support of IBM Security Verify IAM solutions
Ownership of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and access lifecycle processes
Client engagement, requirement gathering, and solution delivery
Production support, troubleshooting, and operational IAM services
QA, testing, and continuous improvement activities
Project and delivery support for large-scale IAM initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Experience in Identity and Access Management or security technologies
Hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify, ISAM, IGI, or similar IAM tools
Solid understanding of IAM concepts and enterprise security environments
Ability to work with enterprise clients
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
8+ years of IAM or security experience for senior-level roles (preferred)
Experience in regulated or federal environments (preferred)
IAM integrations, APIs, and directory services (preferred)
Shift-based or 24x7 operational support experience (preferred)
