About the role
- Provide IAM thought leadership to both Simeio in-house colleagues and senior stakeholders within Simeio clients
- Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in high-stakes client presentations to secure new business
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership
- Deliver both growth and new business revenue and profit numbers
- Provide senior leadership on consulting projects to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Work closely with delivery teams to develop best practices and account plans
- Participate in strategic decisions and represent Simeio in high-level negotiations and public events
Requirements
- At least 15 years’ professional experience
- Extensive deep Identity Management (IAM) and security expertise
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Independent, creative problem-solver
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience leading project teams and growth/revenue streams
