About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end vehicle operations by ensuring showroom readiness, accurate tracking and documentation, and timely coordination of sold vehicles from arrival to delivery.
  • Receive and perform quality checks on incoming vehicles, and update system records.
  • Ensure all showroom display vehicles meet retail standards.
  • Prepare and verify vehicle documentation, including condition, mileage, accessories, and damages.
  • Manage delivery packs and hand them over to Sales Consultants upon delivery.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations across all sites.
  • Support transfer and movement of vehicles between locations.
  • Monitor stock movement efficiency, turnaround time, and quality.
  • Maintain daily records of showroom-ready and sold vehicles.
  • Support stock take, inventory tracking, and loan car documentation/monitoring.
  • Plan and manage vehicle schedule based on KPI of 5 days from “Sold” to “Delivery”.
  • Coordinate and follow up on add job requests with Planner team.
  • Track daily progress of sold vehicles and ensure readiness for delivery.
  • Submit final vehicle checklist prior to handover.
  • Assist the retail sales team during roadshows/events.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
  • Perform any ad hoc operational duties assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Alternating Sunday GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive operations or related field
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
