About the role
- Gather and understand requirements
- Create solution designs based on key business requirements
- Configure/develop, test, and deploy solutions
- Take part in application support and maintenance tasks
- Propose ways to innovate and make our solutions more efficient
- Adhere to IT principles and suggest future changes
- Work on implementing the backlog of ideas, change requests and new releases
Requirements
- An academic degree in HRM, IT or similar relevant field
- Relevant experience from implementing Workday solutions either as a consultant or through in-house expertise
- Must have proven experience in Workday configuration in the Absence and Time Tracking modules
- Experience on the following modules is optional: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent, Recruiting
- Experience with business- and HR process optimization
- Sound knowledge of operational processes in HR
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, bridging IT and HR
- Ability to prioritize tasks, to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Preferably working knowledge of Agile (Kanban) methodologies
- You have a sense of humor
