About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

A law degree or relevant commercial / legal background
Solid experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial legal roles, ideally within SaaS, IT, or outsourcing
Proven people leadership experience, including leading distributed teams
Strong understanding of post‑execution contract governance, obligations, and commercial risk
Ability to translate contractual complexity into clear operational guidance
Experience working cross‑functionally in a global organization
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, contract data, or legal tech solutions
Awareness of data protection, information security, and regulatory considerations relevant to SaaS contracts
Fluency in English, written and spoken
