About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client contracts with a focus on the post‑execution phase
  • Leading, developing, and coaching the Contract Management team
  • Establish clear priorities, objectives, and effective ways of working for the team
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex contractual, operational, and stakeholder matters
  • Ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement of contract management standards, systems, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A law degree or relevant commercial / legal background
  • Solid experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial legal roles, ideally within SaaS, IT, or outsourcing
  • Proven people leadership experience, including leading distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of post‑execution contract governance, obligations, and commercial risk
  • Ability to translate contractual complexity into clear operational guidance
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a global organization
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, contract data, or legal tech solutions
  • Awareness of data protection, information security, and regulatory considerations relevant to SaaS contracts
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
