About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help Desk and User Support: Be the go-to person for SimCorp Sofia users, solving their queries and ensuring smooth operations.
- Product Development Support: Contribute to the development process by gathering requirements, creating specifications, and documenting features.
- Shadowing and Learning: Work alongside experienced consultants, learning the ropes through direct experience in analysis and testing.
- Client Support for Extraordinary Events: Assist clients during significant changes like mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
- Product Enhancement: Propose innovative software enhancements based on user feedback and practical use cases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Economics/Finance
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages
- Analytical skills, even in a time-sensitive setting
