About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the growth of SimCorp's Managed Business Services offering across the Americas
- Collaborating with client management, sales, BDRs, and partner teams to ensure effective outreach to target clients and consultants
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from SimCorp's existing and prospective client base
- Coordinating RFI and RFP responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Leading preparation for high-impact client meetings, including client research, attendee analysis, and development of compelling pitch materials
- Managing professional follow-up from client meetings to ensure momentum and opportunity progression
- Supporting internal governance activities such as pricing, deal approvals, and Salesforce pipeline reporting
- Coordinating MBS participation in broader SimCorp promotional activities, including client events, conferences, and entertainment
- Maintaining high-quality CRM data by enriching, updating, and cleaning Salesforce records (accounts, contacts, and opportunities)
- Monitoring industry and market developments to identify potential opportunities for MBS
- Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging to prospects, clients, and business partners
- Providing feedback on marketing campaigns based on market and prospect insights
- Coordinating with Sales Managers in the Market Unit on opportunities which involve MBS
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of leads, contacts, interactions, and intelligence in Salesforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience working in, or supporting, buy-side middle- and back-office processes
- A foundational understanding of capital markets, investment operations, and portfolio management systems, gained through study or early professional experience
- Knowledge of SimCorp or competing investment management solutions (advantageous)
- Understanding of complex, consultative solution-selling environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Language skills: English required; French and German are advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required
- Flexibility to attend SimCorp office 2x/week as per our hybrid policy.
