About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the end‑to‑end definition and integrity of SC One Standards
Lead executive‑level standards positioning (in‑standard vs. exceptions)
Be accountable for the overall end-to-end solution for clients
Act as the primary sparring partner to Commercial
Oversee Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and steer decisions toward standard‑first end‑to‑end outcomes
Design services‑enabled solutions that align with client outcomes
Translate client and internal business requirements into standardized business processes
Provide senior leadership across Product/Delivery and Value Streams
Protect solution integrity during delivery
Ensure operational processes, support model, SaaS constraints, security and controls are built into the solution
Capture recurring gaps and integration pain points from implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture / senior implementation architecture
prior client‑facing experience in business consulting and/or SME roles
functional knowledge of SimCorp Dimension
working knowledge of SaaS delivery constraints and operating models
comfort using Azure DevOps to manage and trace architectural scope (epics/features)
willingness to travel as required
ability to work in the office 2-3 days a week per our hybrid policy
