About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and driving the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software.
- Providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensuring that software is delivered on time and within scope.
- Developing plugins and tools for generative AI models.
- Integrating AI functionality with modules and Agents developed by other teams.
- Continuously assessing and improving engineering processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of direct experience with .NET technologies (C#, Microsoft .NET).
- Experience in building AI solutions (preferably 2+ years).
- Experience with generative AI tools like OpenAI for Azure.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with application architecture.
- Proficiency in working with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, as well as DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Proficient English verbal and communication skills.
