About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate and interact directly with our business stakeholders and end-users to analyze objectives and capability requirements
- Design, configure/develop and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform and in apps part of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Provide input to our application strategies and architectural designs
- Test the stability and functionality of the application
- Take part in maintaining the platform, troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Produce documentation and do operational handover
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Relevant/several years of experience from a similar position in an international and agile environment
- A broad knowledge/experience with the Salesforce object model, the platform, and maintenance thereof, when it comes to configuring and developing using e.g. Dynamic Forms, Flow-first automation, legacy Process Builder, Platform Events and the Lightning App Builder.
- From a Salesforce Cloud perspective, you know your way around in either of the following: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Familiar with Case Management, Email-to-Case, Assignment Rules, Feed Items, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Business Hours, Escalation Rules, Knowledge, the Service Console, and Guest User security.
- Revenue Cloud/Agentforce Revenue Management and Sales Cloud.
- Are familiar with overall Quote-to-Cash, product and price rules, bundles/options configuration, CML, the Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO), and Procedure Plan Apex Hooks.
- Alternatively, you have similar experience from Conga- or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ implementations or equivalent Marketing Cloud (Growth and Account Engagement) and Data Cloud + Agentforce experience
- Development skills within Lightning components (LWC), legacy Aura and Apex and experience with SOQL/SOSL, VS Code, SFDX or Force.com IDEs and a solid understanding of governor limits and bulkification
- Security-awareness in everything you build on the platform around sharing/security model, profiles/permission sets, roles, sharing rules and FLS/CRUD
- Salesforce DevOps and release management experience using tools like Copado or Gearset to work with branching strategies and deployment pipelines
- High-level collaboration and communication capabilities, enabling smooth interaction between IT and business groups
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Available to work in the EMEA time zone
