About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyzing workflows and requirements of prospects and translating these into SimCorp solutions
  • Mapping requests from customers with the product and services offered by SimCorp
  • Providing high quality responses to prospective client RFIs (request for information) and RFPs (request for proposal)
  • Contributing to and delivering SimCorp One (SimCorp’s core platform) presentations, demos, workshops, and POCs
  • Effectively communicating the benefits and value of SimCorp's solutions to prospective clients
  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of SimCorp's sales model and relevant processes
  • Gaining and maintaining knowledge of SimCorp's product and service portfolio
  • Sharing expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Domain expertise in Portfolio Management and Trading
  • Very good presentation or system demo skills
  • Great consulting and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Methodical and structured approach
  • Experience in a role in Presales or Implementation in the financial services industry, from an audit company or consulting firm is nice to have
  • Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written)
  • French or German skills would be beneficial
  • Flexibility to travel within EMEA (approx. 5 days/month)
