About the role

  • Assist the CRO in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives within the Commercial organization, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Serve as a liaison between the CRO and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Commercial team
  • Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the CRO
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
  • Identify and address operational challenges, providing solutions to improve overall performance
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for the CRO and senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in a strategic or operational role within the Fintech, Investment Management or Consulting environment
  • Strong project / programme management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation and excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to be hands on and focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Advanced research, writing, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mobilize stakeholders and form trusting relationships in a broad organizational context
  • Great collaboration skills, highly motivated team player with a positive mindset
