About the role
- Assist the CRO in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives within the Commercial organization, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Serve as a liaison between the CRO and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Commercial team
- Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the CRO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Identify and address operational challenges, providing solutions to improve overall performance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for the CRO and senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in a strategic or operational role within the Fintech, Investment Management or Consulting environment
- Strong project / programme management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to be hands on and focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Advanced research, writing, listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mobilize stakeholders and form trusting relationships in a broad organizational context
- Great collaboration skills, highly motivated team player with a positive mindset
