- Supporting leaders across Professional Services and Commercial team’s with talent acquisition services
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle a-z
- Partnering with the business on pursuing efficient recruitment strategies
- Establishing processes for effective talent acquisition
- Supporting the development and execution of the employer branding strategy
- Point of entry for management team on strategic talent acquisition agenda
- Suggesting activities to ensure high priority candidate experience
- Sparring partner for business leaders and colleagues
- Contributing to developing employer branding efforts
- Participating in interviews and assessing candidates using different test assessments
- Experimenting and developing efficient talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
- Extensive recruitment toolbox
- Significant experience attracting niche-candidates
- Effective strategies in proactive recruitment including headhunting and executive search ideally within Investment Management and Software
- Experience from recruiting technical business profiles and sales individuals
- Proficient in handling many stakeholders
- Extensive experience in agency or in-house recruitment teams
- Advanced English skills
- Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments is beneficial
