About the role

  • Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring that all project tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the identification and management of project risks, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior leadership to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using key metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are in line with client requirements.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices, implementing best practices and refining processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers, encouraging collaboration and sharing expertise to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • You have a thorough understanding of our clients’ business processes across asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurance companies and pension plans.
  • You have expertise in managing and delivering multi-stream projects in complex business settings.
  • Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage employees.
  • Ability to build and develop solid customer relationships.
  • Ability to make sound decisions by pursuing ways to balance quality, cost, risk and resources.
  • Great time management and prioritization skills.
  • Effective planning, execution, and coordination skills.
  • Caring attitudes and the capacity to hear what others say.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in negotiation, advocacy, and managing conflicts.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • PMI/Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
  • Readiness to travel to customer sites with flexibility to work from home or remote from our offices.
